As part of my self love journey I'm also trying out this 28 days of self love so I wanted to share it with you.
I started on September the 1st and will finish on the 28th but I'm hoping that I will subconsciously carry it on into next month too.
I have actually written each of them down on each date in my diary. This makes me feel like it's a task to do and complete… something I can tick off and feel good about after. It also emphasises the importance of doing it.
